By using the Traumname app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Service

Traumname is an app for couples to find baby names together. The Service is free to use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. User Account

An anonymous account is automatically created upon first use. You are responsible for the security of your device and access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the Service for automated data collection

4. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, text, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright. The name database may not be extracted or reused without permission.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the operator.
